Arya is hired directly by the client or authorized representative. Our role is to help evaluate needs, understand options, ask informed questions, and advocate for decisions based on the older adult’s needs, safety, preferences, and goals—not the interests of a hospital, facility, agency, or other provider.
Independent Senior-Living Guidance
Arya does not accept or retain referral-related move-in incentives from senior living communities.
If an eligible community independently offers a resident benefit, Arya may request that it be applied directly to the prospective resident’s account when permitted under applicable law and the community’s program terms.
Arya’s professional fee and recommendations do not depend on whether such a benefit is available.
