Our loyalty is clear.

If a senior living community offers Arya a referral or placement payment, we disclose it and pass the financial benefit along to our client. We do not keep both the family’s fee and the facility’s referral compensation.

You hire us. We represent you. We work for you.

The form and timing of any client benefit will be documented in the service agreement and may depend on applicable legal, tax, contractual, or facility requirements.
