Arya Senior Care Services was founded by Kshitij Bhat, RN, BSN, MBA, MSSCM, a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in senior care and healthcare leadership.
That experience helped shape Arya’s approach: senior-care decisions should be informed by a clear understanding of the older adult’s health, function, cognition, medications, safety, care environment, support system, and personal priorities—not viewed as isolated problems.
Through years of working with older adults, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and senior-living teams, Kshitij saw how difficult it can be for families to navigate changes in care while trying to interpret information from hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation teams, therapists, facilities, agencies, and other providers.
Arya was created to make that process clearer.
The company is built around a nurse-led approach to assessment, navigation, advocacy, and care coordination, with an emphasis on understanding the whole situation, asking informed questions, identifying important gaps, and helping families determine practical next steps.

Senior care often involves hospitals, rehabilitation teams, physicians, facilities, agencies, therapists, and other providers—each responsible for a different part of the older adult’s care.
Arya helps families understand those moving parts while keeping the focus on the older adult’s needs, preferences, safety, and goals.

Arya does not accept referral fees for directing families to senior-living communities or other providers. Recommendations are based on the individual situation and the options that appear appropriate for the older adult.
Independent advocacy does not mean working against the care team. Effective senior care often depends on respectful collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapists, facilities, agencies, caregivers, and family members.
Arya’s role is to help families ask informed questions, understand the information they receive, identify unresolved concerns, and advocate for appropriate follow-through.
When a Senior-Living Community Offers a Resident Benefit
If a community independently offers an eligible move-in incentive or resident benefit, Arya does not receive or control that incentive. Arya may request that the community apply the eligible benefit directly to the prospective resident’s account, when permitted under applicable law and the community’s program terms.
Arya’s professional fees and recommendations do not depend on whether such a benefit is available.
